Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the development and implementation of financial strategies (in line with global standards and best practice) to support the organization’s objectives
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes including reviewing and monitoring budgets for the various departments
• Assist in overseeing the maintenance and operations of all facilities,ensuring proper functioning of electrical, mechanical and structural systems.
• Support the implementation of health and safety practices across all locations and ensure compliance with standards
• Oversee the effective management of resources-books,messages,merchandise ensuring the resource strategy of reach and revenue are achieved
• support the coordination of projects related to general service including renovations,construction,upgrades and other administrative projects
• Ensure project goals are achieved by collaborating with external contractors and internal team
• Ensure compliance with legal,health,safety and environmental standards
• Support recruitment,onboarding and continuous development of staff In General Services development
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 13 year’s progressive experience in finance and management roles
• Qualified member of an accountancy body or holder of any professional qualifications e.g CFA,FRM
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role
• Proficient in financial planning and forecasting financial analysis reporting and asset and liquidity management
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning including the ability to set goals,develop actionable plans and measure performance
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Excellently communication and interpersonal skills
