Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to minimize credit risk.
- Manage and monitor credit facilities, including loan approvals, disbursements, and repayments.
- Conduct credit assessments and due diligence on potential borrowers.
- Collaborate with the risk management team to identify and mitigate credit risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing decisions.
- Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, etc.) to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics (ROI, engagement, etc).
