Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough credit analysis to assess the financial viability of loan applications.
- Structure and negotiate loan agreements with a focus on risk mitigation and client satisfaction.
- Lead marketing campaigns that align with organizational goals and enhance brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and financial partners.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies in credit operations.
- Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities and competitive strategies.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on credit performance and marketing effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (7+ years) in credit and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the financial sector.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis, loan structuring, and risk mitigation.
- Creative thinker with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or professional certifications are a plus).
