Lead the digital marketing function towards making the up brand the brand of choice. Develop key strategies, policies, and processes towards achieving financial and non-financial goals and entrenching a strong digital footprint for Unified Payments and its subsidiaries.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Define digital marketing strategies, policies, and processes for the brand and its subsidiaries.
- Responsible for planning and executing digital activities
- Support the implementation of strategic through-the-line marketing activities
- Grow brand equity through increased presence, followership, engagement and revenue drive.
- Manage Group and subsidiary websites.
- Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build, and maintain the company’s social media presence
- Aggressively grow brand and product awareness across various online platforms including social media
- Readily drive the adoption of company products and services
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies.
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Effectively manage online brand perception and reputation
- Use marketing automation as a tool for achieving business and brand objectives.
- Implement effective digital, media/public relations, and crisis management systems and processes.
- Any other related responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or any other related field
- Relevant professional certification and qualification CIM, DMI, NIPR, CIPR, etc
- At least 7-10 cumulative years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media, and PR.
- Understand Martsch's concept and adoption as a tool for actualizing organizational marketing objectives.
- Ability to use marketing automation to drive results Understand B2B and B2C marketing strategies
- A very good understanding of different channels of communications media and how they used to achieve brand and business goals
- Strong relationship with the media and possess quality media contacts.
- Good knowledge and understanding of strategic branding and marketing concepts, principles, and practices.
- Prior experience managing a team Analytical skills with a problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good report writing and presentation skills.
