Head, Finance and Accounts

Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Accounts Management: Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, laws, and company policies.
• Audit and Risk Management: Coordinate internal and external audits, and manage financial risks.
• Team Management: Lead and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Financial Analysis: Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions.

Requirements:

• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a security or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, laws, and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in financial software.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Desirable Qualities:

• Security industry experience.
• Experience with financial planning and budgeting tools.
• Certification in risk management or internal auditing.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
