Job Summary
Zeta Brent Education is a leading education consultancy providing comprehensive services such as admission processing, international exam registration, short programs, and visa assistance for students aiming to study abroad. We are seeking to hire a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract new clients and enhance the agency’s brand visibility. This role will oversee all marketing efforts, including digital campaigns, content creation, social media, events, and partnerships.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and overall company growth.
- Create annual and quarterly marketing plans, including budgets, campaign schedules, and measurable objectives.
- Work closely with the sales and business development team to align marketing activities with business goals and revenue targets.
Digital Marketing and Social Media:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, SEO, PPC) to promote the agency’s services and reach potential clients.
- Manage and grow the agency’s social media presence, creating and curating engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Optimize the company’s website for SEO, regularly updating content to ensure high search engine rankings and strong user experience.
Content Creation and Brand Messaging:
- Develop creative marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, blog posts, videos, and presentations, to communicate the agency’s services effectively.
- Create compelling content to share success stories, client testimonials, and industry insights to strengthen brand credibility.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and maintain the agency’s voice in all communications.
Event Management and Educational Fairs:
- Organize, promote, and participate in educational fairs, webinars, workshops, and school visits to showcase the agency’s services and attract potential clients.
- Coordinate the logistics of events, including venue selection, marketing materials, lead capture, and follow-up.
- Track and analyze the success of events and make recommendations for future improvements.
Lead Generation and Customer Engagement:
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to attract and convert potential clients.
- Create and manage client databases, track leads through the sales funnel, and ensure timely follow-ups with potential students.
- Enhance customer experience through personalized communication and by providing information on the agency’s services.
Analytics and Performance Tracking:
- Analyze marketing campaign results and data (including ROI, conversion rates, and lead generation) to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine marketing strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on the performance of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.
Partnerships and Relationships:
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, such as schools, universities, exam bodies, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
- Work with third-party vendors, designers, and marketing agencies to support marketing activities as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the education, consultancy, or service industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and PPC.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to create compelling content.
