Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource professional to head our HR team.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Senior level
  • Experience Length : 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Development of the Human Resource Department:

  • Oversee and manage the work of reporting human resources staff. Encourage the ongoing development of the human resources staff.
  • Conduct a continuing study of all human resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments.
  • Participate in executive management and company staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars.


Recruitment (Sourcing and Selection, Assessment, Hiring):

  • Establish and lead the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
  • Manpower planning and recruitment.
  • Provide remuneration advisory.
  • Oversee onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Manage the exit process of departing employees.


Performance Management:

  • Design and implement an efficient PMS (Performance Management System).
  • Oversee goal setting and KPI validation.
  • Manage the appraisal and feedback process.
  • Implement performance improvement plans as necessary.


Learning and Talent Development:

  • Conduct training needs assessments.
  • Develop training plans and curriculum.
  • Oversee career planning and development programs.


Employee Compensation and Benefits Management:

  • Oversee payroll administration.
  • Manage employee benefits and welfare programs (e.g., birthdays, weddings, births, funerals).


Human Resources Information Software (HRIS):

  • Utilize HRIS for the company’s record-keeping and management advantage.
  • Manage employee files and records.
  • Conduct HR audits.


Change Management and Succession Planning:

  • Manage organizational change and culture development.
  • Identify and develop new leaders through succession planning and mentorship programs.


Conflict Resolution and Employee Relations:

  • Chair and oversee the disciplinary committee for staff.
  • Ensure fair and timely resolution of conflicts.
  • Manage employee discipline, grievance management, and conflict resolution.


Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of cognate experience in Human Resources
  • Degree in a related field
  • Professional Certifications
