Job Title: Head, Human Resources & Admin


Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: 500,000

Job Summary

  • The Head, Human Resources and Admin. will direct HR and Administrative efforts with strategic direction and implementation of processes and policies to enhance business performance in an FMCG company.

Basic Requirements

  • Degree in Humanities or a related field
  • A master's in a related discipline is an added advantage
  • HR professional certification
  • Knowledge of IT systems, HRIS, MS Office Suite, project management, and administrative functions
  • Minimum 10 years experience in HR & Admin. with 4-6 years in a managerial position within a structured environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Human Resources Initiatives
  • Consult with Managers and Executives
  • ⁠Team leadership & Strategy
  • Supervise the day-to-day HR and Administration Functions
