Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Recruitment/Onboarding:
- Implement a talent acquisition strategy to ensure a consistent pool of qualified candidates.
- Create recruitment plans, interview schedules, and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws.
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and Federal regulations
- Overseeing exit interviews and procedures
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
HR Business Partnership:
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders(Branch Managers, Operations Managers, Business Development Managers) understanding their goals and objectives to provide tailored HR solutions.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business strategy.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR-related matters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and productivity.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring that evaluations are fair, consistent, and aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure monthly performance review and quarterly appraisals for all staff.
- Provide support and training to managers on performance management best practices.
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to teams
Training:
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain HR metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports for senior management on HR activities and outcomes.
Compensation & Benefit:
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy up to date.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
Conflict Resolution:
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution
- Provide support and guidance to members of staff on personnel-related matters.
Compliance & Policy Development:
- Ensure company HR policies are applied consistently
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Manage employee attendance
- Attend interdepartmental meetings with other managers
Other Duties:
- Carry out instructions given by the MD/CEO
- May require occasional travel to other branches outside the Central Office.
Requirements:
- 10 years experience
- Degree in a related field
