Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Recruitment/Onboarding:

  • Implement a talent acquisition strategy to ensure a consistent pool of qualified candidates.
  • Create recruitment plans, interview schedules, and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws.
  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and Federal regulations
  • Overseeing exit interviews and procedures
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies


HR Business Partnership:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders(Branch Managers, Operations Managers, Business Development Managers) understanding their goals and objectives to provide tailored HR solutions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business strategy.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR-related matters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and productivity.


Performance Management:

  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring that evaluations are fair, consistent, and aligned with company objectives.
  • Ensure monthly performance review and quarterly appraisals for all staff.
  • Provide support and training to managers on performance management best practices.
  • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to teams


Training:

  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.


HR Metrics and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain HR metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on HR activities and outcomes.


Compensation & Benefit:

  • Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy up to date.
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.


Conflict Resolution:

  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution
  • Provide support and guidance to members of staff on personnel-related matters.


Compliance & Policy Development:

  • Ensure company HR policies are applied consistently
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
  • Maintain HR systems and processes
  • Manage employee attendance
  • Attend interdepartmental meetings with other managers


Other Duties:

  • Carry out instructions given by the MD/CEO
  • May require occasional travel to other branches outside the Central Office.


Requirements:

  • 10 years experience
  • Degree in a related field
