Role Description
This is a Head; IT and E-business role with hybrid work flexibility. The role involves overseeing IT and e-business operations, implementing IT strategies, managing infrastructure, and optimizing IT operations. Some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Degree or HND in Information Technology, IT Management, Computer science, IT Operations or related discipline
- Experience in IT Strategy and Infrastructure management in the banking industry with minimum of 5 years relevant working experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent project management skills
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are a plus
