Head IT & Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product development strategies and roadmaps that align with the company’s business goals.
• Ensure products are designed to meet market needs while supporting long-term company growth.
• Oversee the full product development life cycle, from market research and design through to development, testing and successful launch.
• Lead, inspire and manage a team of engineers.
• Provide ongoing training, support, and career development opportunities to foster a highly motivated and efficient team.
• Work closely with teams to ensure the development of market-driven products that meet both customer demands and business objectives.
• Stay on top of the latest technological trends and innovations.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies that will drive efficiency and innovation in product development.
• Ensure that all products are developed, tested, and launched on time and within budget constraints, without compromising on quality.
• Monitor product performance and use stakeholder feedback to refine and improve the product offerings.
• Implement data-driven improvements for continuous product enhancement.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of product development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall, with the ability to tailor approaches based on project needs.
• In-depth technical expertise in relevant programming languages and modern development technologies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team and communicate effectively across various departments and with stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to drive product success through innovative solutions.
• Solid experience with project management tools and methodologies, ensuring that complex projects are executed with precision and accountability.
