Role Overview:

As the Head of Learning Programs, you will oversee the development, execution, and enhancement of our learning programs designed to equip professionals with advanced digital and analytical skills. Your leadership will ensure that our educational offerings meet the highest standards of relevance and quality, aligning with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and refine the curriculum for digital and tech-focused courses, including but not limited to Data Analytics, AI, and Low-code software development and Agile Product Management.
2. Manage a team of instructional designers, educators, and subject matter experts to create engaging, effective learning materials and courses.
3. Oversee the operational aspects of the learning division, including program delivery, learner performance tracking, and quality assurance.
4. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to effectively position our programs in the market and reach the target audience.
5. Establish partnerships with industry leaders and academic institutions to enhance program content and delivery.
6. Continuously assess and respond to market needs by updating existing programs and developing new courses.
7. Manage the budget, resources, and scheduling for all learning programs.
8. Report on the progress and outcomes of learning programs to the senior management team.
9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in Education, Business, Technology, or a related field.
2. At least 7 years of experience in a leadership role within education program management, preferably in the tech industry.
3. Proven track record of developing and managing comprehensive educational programs.
4. Strong understanding of the latest trends in technology and digital transformation.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
6. Experience in strategic planning and execution.
7. Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve business goals.
