Position Overview



  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Account to lead our account management team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving strategic growth initiatives.

  • This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in account management and a deep understanding of client needs.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage the account management team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth.

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth and client satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a primary point of contact for escalations and high-level discussions.

  • Analyze account performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align client needs with company offerings.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies and drive innovation.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and forecasts to senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or related roles, with at least 3years in a leadership position.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships at all levels.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.


Experience:



  • Experience in Real Estateis highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing account strategies that lead to increased customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Experience in managing and mentoring teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

  • Salary: N300,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
