Head of Account & Finance

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and implementation of financial strategies and policies that align with the company’s business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
• Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, providing critical insights for business decisions.
• Manage the budgeting process, forecasting revenue, and expenses to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Ensure strict adherence to all applicable accounting standards and financial regulations, maintaining the company’s financial integrity.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
• Work closely with other departments to provide financial analysis and support for critical business decisions, enhancing overall organizational performance.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial stakeholders to ensure compliance and facilitate smooth operations. 

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with a proven ability to manage complex financial operations. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address financial challenges and drive optimal solutions.
• Expertise in accounting software and financial modeling tools to ensure accurate reporting and financial planning. 
• Good knowledge of financial regulations 
• Strong leadership abilities paired with excellent communication skills, crucial for managing teams and influencing stakeholders.
