We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admin Manager to oversee and enhance our real estate operations. This role is pivotal in coordinating property transactions, managing documentation, and ensuring the smooth flow of real estate processes.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all administrative functions to ensure efficient operation.
  • Oversee property transactions, including processing documentation, and ensuring accurate records are kept.
  • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, managing conflicts, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
  • Maintain and organize property listings, client databases, and other critical records.
  • Manages the activities of the Operations and Admin team.
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure the workplace is well-equipped and organized.
  • Supervise the process of scheduling, appointments, ensuring efficient time management and preparation for key events.
  • Develop and manage budgets for administrative operations, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and operational excellence.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate administration or management, with a proven track record in overseeing property transactions and client relations.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, real estate professionals, and team members.
  • Proficiency in real estate software, office suites, and document management systems, including spreadsheets and databases.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document management, transaction coordination, and client communications.
  • Familiarity with local and national real estate laws and regulations is highly desirable.
