Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions to ensure efficient operation.
- Oversee property transactions, including processing documentation, and ensuring accurate records are kept.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, managing conflicts, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
- Maintain and organize property listings, client databases, and other critical records.
- Manages the activities of the Operations and Admin team.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure the workplace is well-equipped and organized.
- Supervise the process of scheduling, appointments, ensuring efficient time management and preparation for key events.
- Develop and manage budgets for administrative operations, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate administration or management, with a proven track record in overseeing property transactions and client relations.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, real estate professionals, and team members.
- Proficiency in real estate software, office suites, and document management systems, including spreadsheets and databases.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document management, transaction coordination, and client communications.
- Familiarity with local and national real estate laws and regulations is highly desirable.
