Job Description/Requirements
- Monitor and support reception staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle all admissions correspondence, prepare information packs for parents, and address any admission-related queries.
- Provide administrative assistance to school staff as needed, and allocate tasks to reception/admin staff.
- Oversee budgets, coordinate logistics, and manage events or meetings.
- Delegate and supervise general administrative duties.
- Manage scheduling, maintain records, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Ensure the school adheres to relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and organize the school’s academic year calendar.
- Address parent inquiries as needed, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Oversee the updating and maintenance of student data.
- Lead administrative staff to optimize time and resource use.
- Assist the Admissions Officer as necessary.
- Oversee school security measures to ensure a safe environment.
Requirements:
- BSc. Degree in Business Administration or in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Head of Administration within an educational or academic setting, preferably in an international school environment.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Functional IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and relevant software.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, management, and communication skills.
- Experience in managing and maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Relevant experiences in schools are preferred.
