Responsibilities:
- Develop branding strategies that reflect the company's unique value proposition and execute campaigns that reinforce brand positioning and awareness.
- Regularly assess our company market position and recommend branding improvements.
- Strategically position our company to its target customers through numerous Digital Marketing Campaigns.
- Incorporate client feedback into branding strategies to enhance satisfaction, monitor brand perception, and adjust strategies to maintain a positive image.
- Create compelling content for various platforms, including press releases, social media, and newsletters.
- Manage the company’s website and digital media presence, ensuring brand consistency and developing
- Relationships with media outlets to increase coverage and positive publicity.
- Coordinate press events, interviews, and media inquiries to promote our company's projects and develop
- Internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Ensure alignment of internal messaging with the company’s mission and values and design and execute Marketing and communication campaigns that support business goals.
- Track and report on campaign performance, making adjustments for future improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies in the Real Estate Sector.
- Strong proficiency in SEO practices and experience in utilizing SEO tools to drive organic traffic and enhance online visibility.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences and platforms.
- Experience managing social media platforms and driving engagement across diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated capability in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and working collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Strategic thinking with a keen eye for detail, capable of leveraging data to optimize communication strategies.
