Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the construction, development, and maintenance of estates, ensuring all projects meet engineering standards and timelines.
- Lead and supervise building activities, including bulldozing, construction, and renovations.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure structural integrity, safety, and adherence to building codes.
- Manage contractors, architects, and engineers throughout project lifecycles.
- Oversee procurement of materials and manage construction budgets.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.
- Troubleshoot construction challenges and provide expert advice on infrastructure development.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and quality work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Estate Manager or Construction Engineer, with a focus on property development.
- Strong understanding of building processes, bulldozing, and infrastructure development.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple construction projects and resolve challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with building codes, health and safety regulations, and local laws
