Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Franchise Network Expansion: Strategically identify and engage with potential franchise partners to enhance our network and drive growth.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and values.
- Revenue Optimization: Analyze and improve revenue streams from franchises and partnerships, driving profitability.
- Brand Protection and Standards: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and regulatory compliance across all franchise operations.
- Innovation and Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Goals:
- Achieve targeted franchise investment sales and revenue growth.
- Enhance franchisee and partner satisfaction ratings.
- Expand brand presence in new markets and improve brand awareness metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, particularly within the franchise sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding business development targets.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is mandatory
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with a strong focus on high-net-worth individuals (HNI).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and strong analytical skills
