Job Summary
As the Head of Design, you'll lead the artistry team in our factory, making sure designs are followed exactly and production is on time. You'll turn customer mood boards into detailed measurements and ensure high-quality work. You'll also run stand-ups and retrospect, plan and prepare production timelines, and check material quality for productions.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Translate Mood Boards
- Ensure strict adherence to design
- Coordinate and manage the production process
- Coordinate meetings with the team for optimal work efficiency
- Ensure the use of quality materials for production
- Coordinate project meetings
- Making sure all contract staff are up to date and on time with their deliverables
Requirements:
- 2 years experiencee in a similar role
- Ability to use ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or any software for 2d
- Understands Measurement (can use a measuring tape proficiently)
- Ability to spot the difference between a furniture picture and what is being produced
- Detailed eye in upholstery furniture design
- Ability to lead the artisan team
- Female preferably
- Lives in Dei-Dei or its environs
