Responsibilities:

Accounting and Financial Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
Financial Management:
- Manage cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity.
- Develop and implement financial risk management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of finance and accounting professionals.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to team members.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) or finance (e.g., CFA).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial regulations, and industry trends.
