Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Leadership:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability.
- Provide expert financial advice to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Lead long-term financial planning and scenario analysis to align with business objectives.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement.
Accounting and Reporting:
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and other accounting standards.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to maintain the company’s financial stability.
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth financial operations.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure financial alignment across the organization.
Funding and Investment Management:
- Oversee capital structure, debt management, and funding strategies.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to maximize returns.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
- Technology and Systems Optimization
- Utilize financial management software and tools to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Stay updated on emerging financial technologies and trends to drive innovation in financial processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA preferred).
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in senior finance roles, including leadership positions.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., ODOO, ZoHo, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.

- Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Budget adherence and variance analysis.
