Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract clubbers, late-night travelers, and corporate users.
  • Leverage SEO, social media ads, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.


Revenue and Partnership Growth:

  • Build relationships with hotels for exclusive deals and late-night offers.
  • Collaborate with transport companies and other travel industry players for strategic partnerships.


Conversion Rate Optimization:

  • Improve the website’s booking funnel and reduce bounce rates.
  • A/B test CTAs, search features, and homepage design to maximize bookings.


Data-Driven Growth Strategies:

  • Use Google Analytics and booking data to track user behavior and improve targeting.
  • Identify trends in customer preferences and adjust campaigns accordingly.


Team Leadership:

  • Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals.
  • Align sales and marketing efforts for maximum ROI.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Head of Growth, Growth Manager, or Sales Manager
  • 3+ years in travel, tech startups, e-commerce, or related industries.
  • Expertise in customer acquisition (digital marketing, SEO, social media).
  • Strong understanding of sales and partnership building.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms).
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for scaling startups.
