The Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist will drive our church’s outreach and engagement efforts through strategic marketing initiatives and lead generation activities. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, with a focus on generating leads and promoting church events and programs.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote church events, programs, and services. Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional media.
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential leads through targeted marketing campaigns and outreach activities. Nurture leads to increased participation and membership within the church community.
- Events: Plan and execute promotional strategies for church events, services, and programs, ensuring maximum participation and engagement.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. Provide regular reports and recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments and teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and support overall outreach initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing and lead generation, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably but not limited to a faith-based or non-profit context.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).

- Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. Experience in digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Lead Generation: Proven ability to generate and manage leads through targeted campaigns and outreach efforts.
