The Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist will drive our church’s outreach and engagement efforts through strategic marketing initiatives and lead generation activities. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, with a focus on generating leads and promoting church events and programs.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote church events, programs, and services.
- Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional media.
- Identify and engage potential leads through targeted marketing campaigns and outreach activities.
- Nurture leads to increased participation and membership within the church community.
- Plan and execute promotional strategies for church events, services, and programs, ensuring maximum participation and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies.
- Supervise external agencies for creative advertising, promotions, and media planning, including viral/guerilla marketing and event sponsorship.
- Manage media timelines and execute plans across TV, Social, Radio, and print channels
- Effectively oversee the brand marketing team, managing workflow, providing direction, and fostering skill development.
- Develop brand marketing strategies for strategic direction and program positioning.
- Play a key role in the production process for offline marketing materials, including technical specs and project timelines.
- Maintain the department's operational production budget for effective and economical resource allocation.
- Develop and execute social programs on self-service advertising platforms(Google AdWords, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter) and support the brand's media programs.
- Manage, plan, direct, control, and implement a proactive communication program to enhance the church's reputation.
- Conduct regular research on best practices and the latest trends in brand marketing, providing growth opportunities and ensuring competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing and lead generation, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably but not limited to a faith-based or non-profit context.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Experience in digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Proven ability to generate and manage leads through targeted campaigns and outreach efforts.
- Skills in developing engaging and impactful marketing materials across various platforms
- Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and metrics to drive improvements and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for creating compelling content and engaging with potential leads.
