Role Description
We are looking for an experienced marketer to lead the development and execution of traditional marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness, increasing foot traffic, and supporting sales objectives. This role includes strategic planning, campaign development, and implementation across offline channels such as print media, events, sponsorships, outdoor advertising, and direct marketing.
Key responsibilities include organizing company-sponsored events, managing sponsorships, designing print and outdoor advertisements, creating direct mail campaigns, and conducting market research. The ideal candidate will oversee budgets, track campaign performance, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the effective and cost-efficient delivery of marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Brand & Communications, or a related field.
- Experience working in an FMCG or supply chain industry.
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical space is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, social media, PPC advertising) and marketing tools (e.g., CRM, analytics software).
