Job Summary

We are seeking to fill the Head of Marketing position. The ideal candidates' responsibilities include developing plans to help establish the company brand, allocating resources to different projects, setting short-term and long-term department goals, and running the Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Craft strategies for all Marketing activities, including Digital, Advertising, and Communications.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department
  • Set, monitor, and report on team goals.
  • Develop and execute marketing plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features)
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in the real estate sector
  • Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within the industry
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and ability to coach others.
  • Must be detail-oriented, ability to multitask, and excellent work ethic.
  • Experience running successful marketing campaigns
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field. Having an MBA is a plus.

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 less PAYE Deduction. (2% Sales commission from every sale made)
