Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Montessori at St. Mary Dedication British International School in Benin City. The Head of Montessori will be responsible for overseeing the Montessori curriculum, managing Montessori educators, developing education programs, and ensuring the holistic development of students through the Montessori approach.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Montessori principles and education
• Experience in managing and leading a team of educators
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create and implement educational programs
• Knowledge of British and Nigerian curriculums
• Montessori certification or training
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Previous experience in a leadership role in an educational setting
