Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team
- Design policies that align with overall strategy and Implement processes and standards
- Coordinate customer service operations,find ways to ensure customer retention
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data protection)
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization
- Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
- Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
- Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc. Degree from a reputable institution
- Proven experience as Head of Operations with minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Must have completed NYSC
- Familiarity with all business functions including HR, finance e.t.c.
- Experience with implementing IT systems
- Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Organizational skills, Good Interpersonal skills, Networking skills, Leadership skills, Problem solving skills
- Impeccable research, quantitative and analytical skills, especially in explaining market events
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision
