Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, including market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Interact seamlessly with clients and realtors to ensure smooth communication and understanding of their needs.
  • Monitor site work, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of the products/services we offer, providing detailed information to clients and realtors
  • Collaborate with the sales team to stay informed about new offerings and updates.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established processes.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Foster open communication channels within the team and with external partners.
  • Ability to know how to drive to facilitate site visits, meetings, and other operational needs.
  • Maintain a reliable and well-maintained vehicle for business-related travel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to achieve common goals.
  • Address challenges and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years in Real Estate Operations or a similar role
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue and organizational growth objectives
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Creative problem solving with excellent analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize workload and meet deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
  • Good technical communicator who works well interfacing with both internal and external market
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market


Location:
Applicants must live within Ajah and Sangotedo axis.


Remuneration: NGN
150,000 - 200,000 plus Commission
