Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect is responsible for designing and customizing Dynamics 365 modules and related business applications to meet organizational needs. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop scalable solutions, and maintain documentation for processes and configurations. Additionally, the architect integrates Dynamics 365 with other systems and manages data migrations while ensuring optimal system performance. Providing support for applications and conducting training to enhance user adoption are also key functions of the role. Ultimately, the architect leverages reporting and analytics to deliver actionable insights for business improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, including modules such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, and Supply Chain.

• Expertise in Power Platform tools, especially Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. • Proficiency in developing custom workflows, automations, and solutions using C#, JavaScript, .NET, and SQL.

• Familiarity with Azure services and integration using APIs. Experience & Certifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Applications.

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM/ERP).

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate.

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate.

• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst.

• Experience in agile project methodologies, particularly in large-scale implementations. Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central or Finance & Operations.

• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

• Familiarity with AI Builder and Power Virtual Agents within Power Platform.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps for managing projects and source control.
