Job Summary

As the Head of Political Intelligence, you would be required to study the development of political systems, research various political subjects, and collect and analyze data. You will also be expected to predict political, social, and economic trends, evaluate cultures, values, and political ideologies, and present unbiased reports.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Research political subjects such as foreign relations and political ideologies
  • Collect data from sources such as public opinion surveys and election results
  • Analyze political trends, public policy, electoral outcomes, and key political figures’ movements.
  • Develop political theories based on research and historical documents
  • Prepare intelligence reports and briefings for senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide timely and actionable political insights to support business strategy, risk management, and decision-making processes.
  • Identify potential political allies, adversaries, and influencers for organizational objectives.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure political intelligence aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Effectively lead a team of political analysts
  • Collaborate with team leads to identify and prioritize data-driven initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Master’s Degree in any of the related fields is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of proven work experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or other related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to distill complex political data into clear, actionable insights.
  • In-depth knowledge of political systems, governance structures, and electoral processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior management.
  • Proficiency in using intelligence-gathering tools and databases.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to adjust to evolving business and political climate.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies for all levels of employees, including executive audiences and across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • High level of emotional intelligence.
  • Ambitious self-starter.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
