Job Description/Requirements
- Responsible for formulating an executable annual marketing strategy and promotion plan, and organizing the implementation to complete the annual sales target and ensure payment recovery Responsible for the construction of Nigeria’s marketing network and distribution channels (OT, MT, and E-commerce), Driving nationwide investment attraction, recruiting state agents, and expanding market share;
Ø Sales establishment, optimization and expand team members according to the channel plan.
Ø Sales personnel evaluation through appraisal and training, improve per capita efficiency.
Ø Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals
Ø Provide leadership in Nigeria through developing an overall country strategy, delivering an integrated plan across the business and functions, and balancing strategy, financial performance, people and talent, risk management, business conduct, governance, and stakeholder management.
Ø Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals ensure their completion, and accomplish goals.
Ø Maintain an effective relationship with clients and stakeholders.
Ø Provide strong leadership to achieve the business strategy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦100,000,000.00 – ₦200,000,000.00 per month
