Job Title: Head of Sales

Department: Sales and Marketing

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Type: Onsite - Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)

Experience needed: Real Estate and Banking

Salary Range: 400,000 - 500,000

Requirements:

- MBA, Masters

- Minimum 7 years of sales leadership experience

- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales performance, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals

- Analyze sales performance and provide coaching and development opportunities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
