Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Leadership:

  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Set sales goals, develop sales forecasts, and track performance against targets.
  • Create and manage sales budgets.


Team Management and Development:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members, providing ongoing coaching and support.
  • Establish and maintain clear sales processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a positive and collaborative team environment.


Sales Operations and Execution:

  • Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
  • Manage key customer relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Implement and optimize CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Generate regular sales reports and analyze sales data.


Market and Customer Focus:

  • Identify and target key customer segments.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support sales efforts.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer needs and market trends.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5 years experience in Sales
