Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring peak performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and build key client relationships.
- Coordinate with other departments to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Oversee property sales cycles, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular sales performance reports.
Requirements:
- Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to drive and manage a high-performance sales team.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics.
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 200,000
