Engage with key clients to understand their fire safety needs, offering consultative sales solutions that align with their requirements and budgets. Manage and enhance long-term client relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
Resolve client issues or concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and strong client retention rates.
4. Team Leadership and Development
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. Set individual and team sales targets, providing regular coaching, feedback, and support to help the team meet or exceed goals. Conduct regular sales training on product knowledge, market positioning, and advanced sales techniques tailored to intelligent fire alarm solutions.
5. Product Knowledge and Solution Selling
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's intelligent fire alarm systems, including product features, technical specifications, and unique selling points.

Develop and manage the sales department's budget, balancing growth initiatives with cost-efficiency. Monitor revenue and profitability metrics, identifying opportunities to increase margins through pricing adjustments and value-added services. Provide accurate financial forecasts and sales projections to aid in overall company financial planning.
9. Reporting and Performance Tracking
Track and analyze key sales metrics, including sales growth, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and average deal size. Prepare and present sales reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management, demonstrating the impact of sales efforts on company growth. Use data-driven insights to adapt the sales strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
10. Customer Education and Industry Engagement
Develop educational materials and programs to help customers understand the value and functionality of intelligent fire alarm systems. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and professional events, promoting the company’s solutions and brand reputation. Engage with industry associations and regulatory bodies to stay informed about standards and best practices in fire safety.
