Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Craft and execute comprehensive marketing plans for online and offline channels, enhancing brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Digital Marketing Management: Oversee social media, SEO, email marketing, and other digital campaigns to optimize performance and reach target audiences.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for growth.
- Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor the sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Performance Metrics Tracking: Set KPIs and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, making adjustments as necessary for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales and marketing, with experience in the fashion industry preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Advanced training in digital marketing or sales management is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO software), CRM systems, and social media platforms.
