Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals to increase market share, revenue, and brand presence
- Continuously analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to adjust strategies and ensure the business remains competitive.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving set targets and objectives.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in sales, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Oversee the creation and execution of sales campaigns to promote company products, ensuring alignment with market positioning and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the product team to communicate key product features and benefits effectively to prospective clients.
- Manage and optimize CRM systems to maintain accurate customer data and analyze insights, improving customer engagement and retention.
- Develop customer loyalty programs and initiatives that foster long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC, to boost online presence and attract target audiences.
- Strengthen the brand identity and awareness through targeted marketing, promotional events, and partnerships.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Customer Service, and Operations, to ensure seamless communication and enhance customer experience.
- Contribute to product development insights by providing customer feedback and market demand analysis.
- Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and return on investment.
- Set KPIs and performance metrics for the team, tracking progress, and analyzing results to optimize future strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote business interests, and build relationships with key stakeholders in real estate and urban development sectors.
- Engage with government agencies, real estate developers, and other relevant stakeholders to establish partnerships that enhance the company's growth prospects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA is an advantage).
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, ideally within real estate, smart city development, or large-scale projects.
- Strong track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Experience in managing sales teams, campaigns, and product positioning.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools & CRM systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A deep understanding of real estate, urban development, or smart city projects is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with strong attention to detail.
