Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to drive performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel as needed within the southern region.
