Position Overview: The Head of School will provide strategic leadership and management of the school, ensuring that educational programs align with the institution’s mission. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of fostering a positive school culture and driving academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership and direction to the school community.
• Oversee academic programs, curriculum development, and assessment processes.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive school environment for all students.
• Manage the school’s budget and resources effectively.
• Build strong relationships with parents, faculty, and community stakeholders.
• Lead faculty recruitment, development, and evaluation.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for school improvement.
• Represent the school at community events and participate in fundraising efforts.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education Administration or a related field .
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership.
