Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding of influencers, entertainers, and digital creators under the Baggy Land Agency umbrella
- Develop and execute growth strategies to scale the agency’s talent pool and service offerings
- Represent Baggy Land Agency at industry events, networking functions, and partnership meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, production houses, media buyers, and relevant platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns, talent promotion, and client projects
- Set KPIs and drive performance to achieve agency goals around visibility, revenue, and talent development
- Identify trends in the influencer/entertainment industry and translate them into strategic opportunities
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and structure to team members under your supervision
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, media, or business development
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
- Deep understanding of Nigerian entertainment culture and youth trends
- Proven ability to close deals and build strategic partnerships
- Visionary leadership and the ability to work independently and entrepreneurially
- Experience working in media, content creation, talent management agencies, or with influencers/brands in Nigeria or West Africa.
