Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the organization’s technical vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the planning, development, and deployment of IT infrastructure, systems, Network Connectivit,y and solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and competitiveness.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of IT infrastructure and network connectivity.
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of technical systems and services.
- Manage disaster recovery planning and business continuity strategies.
- Install, configure, and maintain database management systems (DBMS), including backups and recovery plans.
- Monitor database performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Optimize database performance through tuning queries, indexing, and adjusting database configurations.
- Conduct regular performance testing and apply necessary enhancements.
- Lead the execution of technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, and within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Monitor and report on project progress, resolving any issues that arise.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals and engineers.
- Establish clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration,n and continuous improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of bids, proposals, and presentations by providing technical input.
- Develop customized solutions based on customer requirements and organizational offerings.
- Design architecture and workflows to demonstrate how the solution will address customer pain points.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in IT/Technical roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, systems development, Presales, Database Administration, and network operations.
- Certifications in relevant areas such as PMP, ITIL, CCNP, or CISSP are an advantage.
