The ideal candidate will be responsible for building learning strategies, managing training teams and analyzing training needs.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a company-wide learning and development strategy.
- Assess organizational and individual training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and consultation with managers.
- Design, deliver, and oversee training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work.
- Lead and manage the Training and Development team, including internal trainers and external consultants.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and adjust as needed to ensure ROI.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Stay current on new training methods, tools, and technologies.
- Prepare and manage the training budget, forecasts, and reports.
Requirements:
- 9 years experience
- Master's degree in a related field
