- Experience Level : Senior level

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the development of HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development programs
- Foster a positive organizational culture, promoting diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices
- Drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention
- Manage HR budgets and report on HR metrics
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a senior HR role
- MBA or master’s in social sciences
- Mandatory CIPM membership
- Strong background in people management, organizational development, and culture building
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and HR software
- Proven experience in driving cultural change and improving employee engagement
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience in consulting and project management
- Strong business analytical skills
