Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive B2B SaaS revenue growth and expand market reach.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, adapting strategies to meet business objectives effectively.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  • Foster a culture of productivity, accountability, and innovation, ensuring team alignment with organizational goals.

  • Direct marketing efforts to attract, nurture, and convert leads, optimizing return on investment.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to support long-term growth.
  • Address client needs promptly, ensuring satisfaction and promoting repeat business.
  • Use analytics and CRM data to track performance, evaluate strategies, and improve outcomes in sales and marketing.
  • Continuously refine tactics based on data insights to drive sales success and customer retention.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, ideally within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in team building and performance management.
  • Exceptional understanding of market research, demand generation, and brand positioning.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics platforms; ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing market conditions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
