Leadership & Management
- Develop and implement the school’s vision, mission, and strategic plans.
- Provide strong leadership to teachers, staff, and students.
- Ensure compliance with national education policies and regulations.
Teaching & Learning
- Oversee curriculum development and teaching strategies.
- Monitor student progress and implement improvement plans.
- Promote inclusive and high-quality education for all students.
Staff Management & Development
- Recruit, train, and support teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Conduct staff performance evaluations and professional development programs.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated school culture.
Student Welfare & Discipline
- Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Address student behavior, welfare, and pastoral care.
- Promote equal opportunities and inclusivity.
School Administration & Financial Management
- Manage the school budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Oversee school infrastructure, safety, and facilities.
- Maintain good relationships with the school board, parents, and the community.
Parental & Community Engagement
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
- Build partnerships with local organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of NCE certificate is required
- At least 3 years of experience in the education sector
- Should be able to use modern day teaching/learning resources effectively as well as demonstrate a high people skill.
