Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve hospital goals and objectives
- Ensuring patients receive quality care
- Processing insurance claims
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including department heads and supervisors
- Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Analyze and improve operational processes and workflows
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and regulations
- Provide leadership and guidance during emergency situations
- Create work schedules for healthcare providers
- Stay-up-to-date with healthcare laws and regulations
- Develop and implement healthcare policies
- Hire and train staff members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in medical administration.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- Must have at least 3-5years experience in the field of healthcare
- Experience in Eyecare would be an advantage.
- Strong analytics and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team of healthcare
