The following roles are:

  • Marketing Strategist who develops and implements comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, drive sales, and enhance customer loyalty. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes, as well as the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.


Job Description

  1.  Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies.
  2. Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across various channels (digital, social media, content, email, events, etc.) aligned with overall business goals. Define clear objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  3. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including defining budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Oversee campaign execution and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  4. Develop and oversee the content strategy, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand messaging and target audience interests. Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality content.
  5. Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns. Track and analyze performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments.
  6. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and reach. Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.


Requirements

  1. BSc in marketing or related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing strategy development and execution
  3. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  4. Expertise in digital marketing channels and technologies.
  5. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Creative thinker with a passion for marketing.


  • Content Strategist responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy that aligns with brand objectives, target audience needs, and brand messaging. This role requires a deep understanding of content marketing principles, audience insights, SEO best practices, and various content formats. The Content Strategist ensures content is relevant, engaging, and effectively reaches the right audience.


Job Description

  1. Develop and document a comprehensive content strategy that supports business goals, target audience needs, and brand voice. This includes defining content pillars, target keywords, content formats, and distribution channels.
  2. Conduct thorough audience research to understand their demographics, interests, pain points, and online behavior. Use data and insights to inform content creation and distribution strategies.
  3. Create and manage a content calendar that outlines planned content creation and publication schedules. Ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
  4. Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, social media updates, email newsletters, and more. May also curate relevant content from external sources.
  5. Develop and execute content distribution and promotion strategies across various channels, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and influencer outreach.


Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  2. Proven minimum of 2 years’ experience in content strategy development and execution
  3. Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and various content formats.
  4. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing analytics tools.
  6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Creative thinker with a passion for content marketing.


  • Salesperson responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of our products/services and target market.


Job Description

  1. Identify and qualify potential customers through various methods, including cold calling, networking, online research, and referrals.
  2. Understand customer needs and requirements through effective questioning and listening. Analyze customer challenges and propose solutions that address their specific needs.
  3. Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits. Effectively communicate the value proposition and differentiate our offerings from competitors.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  5. Prepare regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and performance against targets. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.


Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  2. Proven minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales
  3. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  6. Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills.


  • Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the company/brand social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. Also, create and curate content, manage social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and staying-up to date with industry trends.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Job Description
  1. Concept ideation for one-off physical and digital formats that demonstrate our brand behaviors and show awareness of competitor trends and the artistic landscape.
  2. Creating a Content Strategy (engagement, story, keyword, hashtag strategy)
  3. Creating content/planners
  4. Creating, Scheduling, and Posting content (photo, video, and graphics)
  5. Responding to comments
  6. Develop feasible ideas that coincide with creative and marketing ambitions, mocking up detailed visual proposals and prototypes and progressing these rapidly based on feedback, continuously problem solving to realize their completion


Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  2. B.Sc./M.Sc. academic qualification
  3. Basic graphic design skills with video editing experience.
  4. Experience with social media advertising platforms.
  5. Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
