We are looking to hire a self-motivated and passionate healthcare practitioner who ensures patients receive top-quality services as an HMO Officer you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and streamlining our health insurance processes.

  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the clinic and Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs)
  • Manage HMO claims, documentation, and reconciliation processes effectively
  • Verify patient eligibility and ensure proper registration with HMOs
  • Negotiate tariff with HMOs
  • Handle queries and complaints related to HMOs with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of all HMO transactions and agreements.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely submission and approval of claims.
  • Ensure compliance with HMO policies and healthcare standards.



Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
