Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the clinic and Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs)
- Manage HMO claims, documentation, and reconciliation processes effectively
- Verify patient eligibility and ensure proper registration with HMOs
- Negotiate tariff with HMOs
- Handle queries and complaints related to HMOs with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all HMO transactions and agreements.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely submission and approval of claims.
- Ensure compliance with HMO policies and healthcare standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
